Since 2011, I have been helping individuals and organisational groups heal pain, resolve weakness and tension in the body. This is achieved by understanding how the body functions and carefully aligning muscle fibers and soft tissue to achieve the desired outcomes.

I have specialised in the treatment of Chronic Pain and have successfully treated clients, for example with headaches, and much more.

In the last few years I have been able to offer treatments based on Kinesiology and mind body practices. This has allowed me to  help clients heal from loss of loved ones, depression,  anxiety, physical pain and emotional pain and trauma.

I also offer hypnotherapy treatments in my practice, having helped people heal from inner pain, heal relationships, feel self worth, addressing addiction to drugs and more. As an example, assisting a client overcome their needle phobia.

Treatments offered also include Reiki where I have had individuals who are completely drained of energy, stressed and unhappy who have left sessions with renewed life energy, they have often had tears of release and joy.
